Conversations With Blossoms
Can love grow when shared?
Magical Jewel laelias blossom in the peaceful village of Five Rivers. Everyone celebrates the flowers in their own way. Xaskia is in training to become a laeliatress, and her loved one Naum and his brothers engage in musical numbers, recital and acrobatic tricks. Sona, recently moved from another village, doesn’t understand the excitement around the laelias. Nor does Sona get why must their life get entangled with the feisty Xaskia’s business. And does Naum have to be so charming!
As a result of a dangerous spell Xaskia gets stuck in a parallel magic reality, where her only companions are the strange, fluffy, talking ungulates. Xaskia must do everything in her power to return to her loved ones, but will she succeed before it is too late?
The gentle novel takes the reader on an adventure. It ponders the human’s role as a part of nature, and what it means to love without bounds.

”Sona was startled when a couple who were kissing passionately fell to the ground right next to them. One of them must have been a laeliatress – or maybe just a student since she looked so young – because she was dressed head to toe in pink and even her hair was the same pink as the Jewel laelias. The other was one of the recent performers, those unimaginable twirlers. This one was still sweaty from his performance, and the laeliatress student clearly didn’t mind.
“Oops, Xaskia…” the Jewel Boar muttered. He broke away from the kiss when he realised that they had almost fallen on Sona and Irri, who had frozen to stare at them without having the time to think that the polite thing would be to look away.
For a fleeting moment, Sona saw the young laeliatress’s face, terribly vulnerable, her eyes still closed and her mouth ajar as she didn’t anticipate her companion was going to pull away. Then the laeliatress opened her eyes and seemed to get annoyed rather than embarrassed, but she smiled decidedly when the twirler extended his hand to Sona.”
